The house has a patio, barbecue, outdoor shower and six sun loungers beside an 8 × 5 m private saltwater pool, with depths from 0.6 to 1.9 m. A first-floor terrace overlooks the pool and village. The plot is fenced and has immediate neighbours.
The ground floor contains a rustic dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and microwave, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a shower bathroom, and a sitting room with a wood-burning oven and satellite TV. Stairs lead to three double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a second shower bathroom on the first floor. One bedroom has air conditioning; the others have fans. Central heating is available for winter. One cot and one high chair are available on request. Free Wi-Fi is available.
