## About the house

The house has a multilevel terrace with a private chlorine pool measuring 4 × 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep, five sun loungers and an adjoining outdoor dining terrace.

The entrance floor contains a Mallorcan-style dining room with natural stone walls and rustic furniture. Three steps lead through an archway to the kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven and microwave. This floor also has a double bedroom with a wardrobe and a separate shower bathroom.

Upstairs, the living room has sofas, satellite TV, a CD player, a rocking chair and air conditioning. One upstairs bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, space for a cot and highchair, and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other has a bunk bed and wardrobe. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free, and bicycle storage and some tools are available.

Caimari has nearby walking routes and is known for olive-oil production. Inca is 5 km away, with larger shops and a Thursday-morning street market. The north coast, including Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia, is about a 30-minute drive away.
