The house

The villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. The ground-floor twin bedroom has a ceiling fan and terrace access. The other bedrooms have one double bed and two single beds respectively, with terrace access. The living room has sofas and satellite television and opens to the dining room.

Outside are a fenced property boundary, an extensive garden, terraces, an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and parasols. The private saltwater pool measures 9 × 4 metres and is 1.2–2.10 metres deep.

Central heating serves the whole house. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, a safe, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Exterior parking accommodates six cars.

Playa de Porto Cristo is 1.7 km away and Porto Cristo town is 1.2 km away. Nearby attractions include Cueva del Drach and Mondragó Natural Park.
