The house

The villa has 360 m² of living space over two floors on a fenced property with direct neighbours. Outdoors are a 9 × 2.8 m freshwater pool maintained with chlorine, a lawn with sun loungers, a small privacy hedge, a veranda dining area and a mobile barbecue.

The air-conditioned living area has satellite television. There is a separate dining room for six and a separate equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, crockery and a table with six chairs. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, towels and safe are provided. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A separate shower bathroom is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes: one has two single beds and the other a double bed. The villa has three bathrooms in total. A cot and high chair are available on request.

Cala Egos has supermarkets, restaurants and bars, with further services and entertainment in Cala d’Or and Porto Petro. Platja de Cala Egos is 950 m away; other nearby beach destinations include Mondragó Natural Park, Cala Esmeralda and Cala Ferrera.
