Maximum occupancy is six guests (4 + 2). The base booking covers four guests; each additional guest incurs an extra charge. If the two additional guests have not been paid for, their beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house spans two floors, with two bedrooms and one bathroom on floor -1 and an additional lounge on a mezzanine. Fornalutx village and the Carrer Bella Vista bus stop are 0.8 km away. Port de Sóller beach is 7 km away; Sóller train station is 4 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 39 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 36 km away and Son Espases Hospital is 38 km away. Sóller is 15 minutes away by car; driving there is recommended for larger shopping trips.
