The 190 m² house occupies two floors. The ground floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Floor -1 has a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The rustic living room has two sofas, satellite TV and a bookshelf, with a secondary lounge on a mezzanine. There is a separate dining room and an equipped kitchen with a gas stove and microwave. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and oil-fired central heating serves the whole house. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside are a chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4 m, with depths of 1.20–1.70 m, an equipped terrace, a furnished porch and a barbecue. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars.

Fornalutx has local shops, banks and a pharmacy, with hiking routes in the surrounding mountains. Sóller is 15 minutes away by car and is recommended for larger shopping trips. Port de Sóller beach is 7 km away.

Port de Sóller beach is 7 km away; Sóller train station is 4 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 39 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 36 km away and Son Espases Hospital is 38 km away. Sóller is 15 minutes away by car; driving there is recommended for larger shopping trips.

Maximum occupancy is six guests (4 + 2). The base booking covers four guests; each additional guest incurs an extra charge. If the two additional guests have not been paid for, their beds may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
