## About the house

The house has private outdoor grounds with olive trees, a patio, terraces, a garden and a gas barbecue. Traditional Mallorcan stone features throughout the walls, terraces and stairs. The property has 110 m² of interior space and 4,000 m² of grounds.

One building contains an equipped kitchen open to the dining and living area, with a sofa, satellite television and a wood stove. Kitchen equipment includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A washing machine, iron, towels and Wi-Fi are available.

The second building has an entrance hall and a shower bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a fan and wardrobe: one has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. A cot and high chair are available. There is no air conditioning or swimming pool.

The home is near Mirador de ses Barques in the Tramuntana mountains. Fornalutx has a grocery shop and Mallorcan restaurants. The surrounding area offers opportunities for hiking and cycling, with Sóller, Escorca, Valldemossa and Deià accessible by car.

A car is needed to get around. Port de Sóller sandy beach is 10 km away; Fornalutx and the nearest supermarket are 3.9 km away. The bedrooms are upstairs in a separate building from the kitchen and living area, while the shower bathroom is on the ground floor. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Mirador de ses Barques bus stop is 900 m away, Sóller train station is 7 km away, Son San Joan airport is 43 km away, Palma ferry terminal is 39 km away, Son Termens golf course is 29 km away and Son Espases hospital is 38 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Lighting fires is forbidden from April to October. A gas barbecue is available. Consult the advertiser about possible additional charges. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
