## About the house

The house occupies two floors and has a large private garden, a porch for outdoor meals, sun loungers, parasols, terraces, balconies and a barbecue.

The air-conditioned living room has satellite television and opens to the dining room. The kitchen includes a gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, juicer and crockery. A separate laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are provided; there is also a fireplace.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed and a fan. Upstairs are two bedrooms with two single beds and a fan each, plus a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on each floor and an additional ground-floor toilet. A cot and high chair can be provided.

Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The damage deposit is 300.00 EUR. Mandatory final cleaning costs 160€/stay. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€/guest/night in low season and 2.2€/guest/night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
