The house combines modern and antique elements across two floors. Outside are a garden, a furnished porch and a chlorine swimming pool measuring 10.60 × 3.5 metres, with depths from 1.30 to 1.75 metres.
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has air conditioning, a ceramic hob and satellite TV. Kitchen facilities include a microwave and oven. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and heating are available.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, closet, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom is on the main floor and two are on the first floor. There is also a separate ground-floor toilet. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for three cars are available. Selva town is 3.3 km away, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, with a supermarket, bars and restaurants. Capellans Beach is 27.5 km away.
