Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. The base occupancy is two guests, with one additional place for a child under 14. The optional extra bed costs €26 per night. If the additional guest has not been paid for, the extra bed may not be prepared or available; consult the advertiser for possible charges. Breakfast is optional at €12 per night, served from 08:30 to 10:00. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on arrival: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt.
