House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests, intended for two adults and two children. Extra places are for children under 14. The base booking covers two guests; additional guests incur a charge, and extra beds may not be prepared or available unless those guests have been paid for. An optional extra bed is 26€ per night. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Optional breakfast costs 12€ per night. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt.
