The villa has a private 8 × 4 m chlorine pool, 0.9–2 m deep, seven sun loungers and a porch with barbecue facilities. The plot is fenced, and there are neighbouring properties.
An open-plan kitchen, living and dining area includes satellite TV. The equipped induction kitchen also has a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, and the third has a double bed. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.
Free Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are available. Air conditioning is not available. Cala Mondragó is 1.8 km away, and s'Alqueria Blanca village is approximately 3.3 km away. The surrounding area includes Parque Natural de Mondragó and Golf Platz Cala d'Or.
