Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort beaches are a 15-minute drive away; Can Picafort beach is 14 km away. Muro town is 2 km away, with Muro train station and bus stop each 400 m away.
