Maximum occupancy is four guests: two base guests plus two extra guests. The twin bedroom opens only for extra guests. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser about possible charges for cooling/heating.

Can Pastilla Beach is 17.3 km away. Algaida town is 0.4 km away and its centre bus stop is 1.5 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 20 km away; Palma train station is 23 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal 27 km, Golf Mallorca 15 km and Son Llartzer Hospital 18.4 km. Palma and the beaches of Can Pastilla or Arenal are 25 minutes away. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars.
