The private grounds include a chlorinated 5 × 10 m pool, 1–2 m deep, sun loungers and a porch with barbecue facilities.

Inside, the traditionally styled house has a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, a kitchen with a gas cooker and microwave, and a separate air-conditioned dining room seating four. The first bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second has air conditioning and two single beds and opens only for extra guests. A second bathroom has a bathtub.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a cot, high chair, fireplace and central oil heating throughout the house. Maximum occupancy is four guests: two base guests plus two extra guests. The twin bedroom opens only for extra guests. Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
