The house offers 190 m² of accommodation on one floor, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, fan and wardrobe; one has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. A further shower bathroom serves the house. The bright living-dining room has satellite TV, a stove and a dining table seating eight. The kitchen has a gas hob, cooking utensils, microwave, oven and a table seating six. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.

Outside, a private chlorine pool measures 2.3 × 4.1 m and is 1.3–1.4 m deep. There are sun loungers, a porch furnished for six overlooking the pool and countryside, a barbecue and a garden with plum and orange trees. The plot is fenced, with no direct neighbours, and is surrounded by meadows with sheep. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for two cars are available.

Llucmajor is 4.5 km away, with supermarkets and restaurants. Es Trenc beach is approximately 24 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 19.7 km away, Golf Son Antem 11.4 km, the bus stop on Av. Pets, smoking, parties, celebrations and events are not allowed. A copy of every guest's identification document is required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
