The house

The villa has a rustic living room with satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. The laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free, and a cot and barbecue are available.

The ground floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a double bedroom with its own shower bathroom, a twin bedroom and another bathroom with a bath. All bedrooms have windows overlooking the garden. A fourth bathroom with a shower is outside beside the pool.

The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 m and is 1–1.9 m deep, with countryside and mountain views. There are four sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a furnished poolside terrace for outdoor dining. Depending on season and availability, guests can pick oranges, lemons, figs and almonds in the garden. The property is fenced, with neighbors nearby.

Campanet is 0.8 km away and has a grocery store, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and cafés. The surrounding area offers hiking and cycling toward Ses Fonts Ufanes, Binibona, Lluc, Moscari and Selva. Badia d'Alcúdia beach is 18.3 km away. A car is necessary, and free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.
