The house

The rustic, modernized estate is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV and an independent kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. A ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom; three upstairs en-suites have showers and one has a bathtub.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 1.60 to 2.10 metres and a designated children's area. Beside the pool is a porch with a built-in barbecue and an outdoor dining table.

Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A crib and high chair can be provided for a baby. There is free exterior parking for four cars.

Santanyí centre is 1.8 km away and Playa de Santanyí is 5.3 km away. The surrounding area includes Cala Llombards, Cala Figuera and Mondragó Natural Park. Santanyí has weekly markets and restaurants serving Mallorcan and international food.
