The rustic, modernized estate is arranged over two floors. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV and an independent kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and dishwasher. A ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite shower room. Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom; three upstairs en-suites have showers and one has a bathtub.

Outside, the private chlorine pool measures 10 × 5 metres, with depths from 1.60 to 2.10 metres and a designated children's area. Beside the pool is a porch with a built-in barbecue and an outdoor dining table.

Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A crib and high chair can be provided for a baby. There is free exterior parking for four cars.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
