The house

The villa has furnished terraces, sun loungers and a barbecue overlooking mountains and green landscapes. The grounds are fenced, with a few neighbours nearby and a high degree of privacy. The private chlorinated infinity pool measures 10 × 5 m, has depths of 1.15–1.8 m, an integrated jacuzzi and a children's splashing area.

The main floor has a large air-conditioned living room with satellite TV, a dining room, an induction kitchen with cooking utensils, and a separate toilet. Four bedrooms are on this floor, all with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Two have a double bed each and bathrooms with whirlpool baths and showers; two have two single beds each and bathrooms with showers. Stairs lead to the lower floor, which has a second living room and a fifth bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board are available. A cot and highchair can be provided for a baby. Exterior parking accommodates four cars. Cala Marçal beach is 8 km away and Portocolom is 6.9 km away.
