The house

The house has attached and nearby neighbours. Its ground-floor terrace has sofas, armchairs, an outdoor shower and a private chlorine pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The pool measures 3 × 3 metres and is 1.4–1.5 metres deep. Heating is available only from April to October; the pool remains usable without heating during the rest of the year. The jacuzzi reaches up to 28°C, with outdoor conditions affecting the water temperature.

The open-plan ground floor combines a living room with a sofa, Smart TV and air conditioning, a dining area seating six, and a small equipped kitchen separated by a breakfast bar with stools. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a ground-floor WC with a basin. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with an outdoor grill.
