Built in 1957 and remodeled with contemporary design and Spanish colonial décor, the villa has an open layout, eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, a large pool deck with seating and loungers, an upper terrace with an eight-person Jacuzzi, an outdoor wet bar and a BBQ grill.
