Built in 1957 and remodeled with contemporary design and Spanish colonial décor, the villa has an open layout, eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, a large pool deck with seating and loungers, an upper terrace with an eight-person Jacuzzi, an outdoor wet bar and a BBQ grill. A full kitchen, daily maid service, washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available. Entertainment includes an iPod dock, CD and DVD players, and cable/satellite TV. Additional amenities include beach chairs, a hairdryer, a security system and a safe.
