The villa has terraces, balconies, living and dining areas with ocean, mountain and town views. Seven of the nine bedrooms have Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta views; two overlook the on-site banana plantation. All nine bedrooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms, flat-screen TVs with cable, 400-thread-count linens and deluxe pillow-top mattresses. Four of the twelve bathrooms have Jacuzzi tubs. Amenities include a theater room, private gym, Jacuzzi spa, BBQ grill, patio and pool deck, ceiling fans throughout, CD player, hairdryers, daily maid service and an on-site security guard.
