House rules
No smoking or pets. A 500€ security deposit is pre-authorised the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage. Early arrival or late departure requires arrangement, availability and an additional charge.
Getting there
Puerto Pollensa beaches are five miles away. Neighbouring refurbishment may occasionally cause noise; inquire before booking.
