The four-bedroom townhouse has a 10-metre private swimming pool and nearby cycle routes. All four spacious bedrooms have wardrobe space, televisions and air-conditioning. Three bedrooms, an office desk and a bathroom with a bath and separate shower are on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a super king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a pool-facing terrace. An upper open-plan sleeping and living area has a super king-size bed, sofa bed, ensuite shower room, television and exercise area. The living room has a log burner; the equipped kitchen is complemented by outdoor dining, a Weber barbecue and lockable bicycle storage.

RV12 is in Pollensa Old Town, near restaurants and the Sunday market.
