The house

The contemporary home has an open main level with original artwork, oversized windows and a wood-burning fireplace. Sliding doors connect the living spaces to the rear deck. The equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and breakfast bar, with a separate dining area nearby.

All three bedrooms are on the main level. Two have direct backyard access. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms with showers.

The landscaped backyard includes an uncovered deck, lounge chairs, outdoor dining furniture, a gas grill and an outdoor private heated pool. The yard is fenced. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, ironing equipment, washer, dryer, central air conditioning and heating are provided. Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace are available.

Clearwater's private beach is steps away and has bocce and a playground. Historic East Hampton village and nearby restaurants are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
