The freshly painted cottage has a fully equipped kitchen adjoining a lounge with a Smart TV, plus Wi-Fi throughout. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster. Internal laundry facilities include a washer and dryer; an iron is also provided.
Two bedrooms each have a queen bed, while the third has one double bed and one single bed. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and Bedroom 1 has a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. Linen and towels are provided, and beds are made for arrival.
Outside are a fully enclosed yard, deck, courtyard and barbecue area. There is one off-street parking space, with free street parking also available. The cottage is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two.
