House rules
A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round; minimum stays increase to 5 nights over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. Christmas and New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. A crib or pack-n-play is available upon request.
Getting there
The resort has 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront and a private dock with a ladder for water entry. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west. A rental car is highly recommended; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away, and the nearest supermarket, Foster's Market, is 12.5 miles away.
