House rules
A 3-night minimum stay applies year-round; a 5-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week; and a 7-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The property is smoke-free and pets are not allowed. The unit sleeps two guests, with a maximum of two adults.
Getting there
The condo has direct walkout access to the sandy beach via a gently sloping paved ramp. The Rum Point Club is 100 yards west and is accessible by walking on the sand. Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and The Kaibo Marina are 1.2 miles away; Starfish Point is 1.7 miles south; Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away; and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away, a 49-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service outside town is described as unreliable and expensive, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
