House rules
A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round; minimum stays increase to 5 nights over Thanksgiving week and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. The bunkroom is suitable for four children or two adults. Some resort services require advance reservations and additional fees, while certain equipment and services are first-come, first-served.
Getting there
The condo has direct walkout access to the sandy beachfront via a gently sloping paved ramp. The Rum Point Club is 100 yards west and is accessible by walking on the sand. A rental car is highly recommended; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away, the nearest supermarket is 12.5 miles away, and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away, a 49-minute drive.
