The 100 m² house occupies two floors within a fenced property with neighbours nearby. Outdoor spaces include a furnished terrace with sofas, a rear terrace, a small first-floor terrace with views, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. There is no swimming pool.
The living room has sofas, air conditioning and satellite TV. Its dining table seats four. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a breakfast table with two chairs. Free Wi-Fi, central heating for winter and a washing machine in the garage are available.
On the ground floor are a double bedroom and an air-conditioned single bedroom, both with wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are another double bedroom with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. A cot and highchair can be prepared for guests travelling with a baby.
Son Serra de Marina is a residential, family-oriented destination with a small grocery store, a supermarket and restaurants; further services are available in Can Picafort. The local beach has coarse sand and rocks. Son Serra de Marina Beach and the bus stop are each 500 metres away.
