House rules
The condo sleeps up to 8 guests, with a maximum of 6 adults; the sleeper sofa is suitable for two children. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. A 3-night minimum stay applies year-round, with longer minimum stays during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks. A crib or pack-and-play is available upon request.
Getting there
The resort is on 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront in Rum Point. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west and is within comfortable walking distance. A rental car is highly recommended; taxis are unreliable and expensive outside town, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. The nearest supermarket is 12.5 miles away, and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away, listed as a 49-minute drive.
