House rules
A three-night minimum stay applies year-round. A five-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week, and a seven-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. Christmas and New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods.
Getting there
The resort is adjacent to Rum Point Club, with the club 100 yards west of the resort. The resort has 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront, a private dock with a ladder for water entry, and guest beach service. The property is 1.2 miles from Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and The Kaibo Marina, 1.7 miles from Starfish Point, 4.4 miles from Chisholm's Grocery, 6.2 miles from Over the Edge restaurant, 6.7 miles from Cayman Crystal Caves, 12.5 miles from Foster's Market, and 26 miles from Owen Roberts Airport, a 49-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
