RPR #303 is a 2,250-square-foot, third-floor condo with an open-concept great room, living, dining and kitchen areas, ocean views, and a private roofed oceanfront balcony. The condo has central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTVs, a gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, dishware, glassware and cutlery, and indoor and balcony dining tables that each seat six. The living area has sofa seating, a SmartTV and ceiling fans. The primary suite has a king bed, ocean views, private balcony access, a SmartTV, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Guest Suite #1 has a king bed, SmartTV and ensuite with shower bath. Guest Suite #2 has a queen bed and ensuite with shower. A crib or pack-and-play is available on request. The unit has a laundry room, blackout window shades, Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets, robes, complimentary daily housekeeping and evening turndown service. Resort facilities include 500 feet of beachfront with daily beach service, a heated infinity pool, a dock with cabana and ladder, Blue Flame restaurant and bar, a fitness center for guests aged 18 and over, a wellness suite, covered parking, elevators and an open-air fifth-floor Owner's Terrace. Private chef dining, spa treatments, excursions, grocery stocking and other selected services require advance reservations and additional fees. The resort is in Rum Point, on Grand Cayman.

The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. The on-site fitness center is for guests aged 18 and over. Private chef dining, spa treatments, grocery stocking, excursions and other selected services require advance reservations and additional fees. Xbox consoles, games, snorkel equipment and bike-share access are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved before arrival. A crib or pack-and-play is available upon request.
