The house

RPR #207 is a 1,290-square-foot second-floor condo with an open-concept great room, ocean views and a private roofed oceanfront balcony. The living area has a sofa and SmartTV, and the balcony has a furnished outdoor dining table and private staircase access to the resort beach and pool deck. The gourmet kitchen has Thermador and countertop appliances, quartz countertops, cookware, dishware, glassware and cutlery; an indoor dining table is also provided.

The primary suite has a king bed, ocean views, balcony access, a SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. A second full bathroom has a vanity and walk-in glass shower. The condo has blackout window shades, Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets, robes, an in-unit laundry room and complimentary daily housekeeping. Resort facilities include 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront with daily beach service, a heated infinity pool, a dock with cabana and ladder, Blue Flame restaurant and bar, an on-site fitness center for guests aged 18 and over, a wellness suite, covered parking and two outdoor EV chargers.

The resort also offers daily light housekeeping, a local guest shuttle around Rum Point, complimentary bike share and snorkel equipment, with some services subject to advance reservations, additional fees or first-come, first-served availability. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort and has a beach, restaurant, beach bar and water-sports rentals.
