A 3-night minimum stay is required year-round. A 5-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving week, and a 7-night minimum applies over Christmas and New Year's week. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. Christmas and New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Complimentary snorkel equipment and bike share are first-come, first-served and cannot be reserved before arrival. Reservations are required and additional fees apply for some chef, wellness, and other services.
Getting there
The resort has 500 feet of reef-protected beachfront with guest beach service and a private dock. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west and the resort is adjacent to the club and Bioluminescent Bay. Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and The Kaibo Marina are 1.2 miles away; Starfish Point is 1.7 miles south; Chisholm's Grocery is 4.4 miles away; and Owen Roberts Airport is 26 miles away, described as a 49-minute drive. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service outside town is described as unreliable and expensive, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
