The house

RPR #205 is a 2,087-square-foot, 2nd-floor condo with an open-concept great room, living, dining and kitchen areas, vaulted ceilings, ocean views and a private roofed oceanfront balcony. The living area has a sectional sofa, large SmartTV and ceiling fan. The gourmet kitchen has Thermador appliances, countertop appliances, an island with breakfast-bar seating, cookware, dishware, glassware and cutlery. The balcony has an outdoor dining table with seating for 4.

The condo includes blackout shades, Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows, duvets, robes, an in-unit laundry room and complimentary daily housekeeping. The resort has 500 feet of beachfront with daily beach service, a heated infinity pool, a dock with cabana and ladder access, the Blue Flame restaurant and bar, a fitness center for guests aged 18 and over, a wellness suite, a 5th-floor open-air Owner's Terrace, elevators, covered parking and two outdoor EV chargers.

Private chef dining, wellness treatments, grocery stocking, excursions and other services require advance reservations and may incur additional fees. Xbox consoles or DVD players and snorkel equipment are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved before arrival.
