The 2,250 sq. ft. condo has an open-concept living, dining and kitchen area, a private roofed oceanfront balcony, ocean views from the great room and primary suite, central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs and ceiling fans. The gourmet kitchen has Thermador appliances, countertop appliances, an island with breakfast-bar seating, cookware, dishware, glassware and cutlery. Indoor and balcony dining tables each seat six. Blackout shades, Egyptian cotton bedding, hypoallergenic pillows and duvets, robes, linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron and board, and a room safe are provided. The unit has an in-unit laundry room and complimentary daily housekeeping. A crib or pack-and-play is available on request. Resort facilities include 500 feet of beachfront with daily beach service, a heated infinity pool, a dock with cabana and ladder, Blue Flame restaurant and bar, a fitness center for guests aged 18 and over, a wellness suite, a fifth-floor open-air sunset terrace and an Owner's Terrace. Rum Point Club is 100 yards west of the resort and is within comfortable walking distance; the resort also has guest beach service and a dock with a ladder for water entry. Swim fins or pool shoes are suggested while exploring the ocean. The resort has a private staircase from the condo balcony area to the beach and pool deck.

The property is smoke-free and does not allow pets. The fitness center is for guests aged 18 and over. Private chef dining, wellness treatments, grocery stocking, excursions and some other services require pre-arrival reservations and additional fees. Xbox consoles, snorkel equipment and bike share are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved before arrival. A crib or pack-and-play is available upon request. A 10% resort fee applies and includes listed resort services and benefits.
