Smoking is not permitted. A mandatory resort fee of Bds$250 per week or part thereof applies and is payable upon registration. From 1 May 2026, a resort fee of at least US$70 per person applies for guests aged 16 and over for up to seven days, with an additional US$10 per day thereafter. The primary suite has a very high bed and is nestled between two townhouses, so it has limited privacy.
Getting there
The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay is a five-minute drive away, with shuttle service to Mullins Beach and dedicated beach amenities. Alleynes Bay is a six-minute drive and Mullins Beach is a nine-minute drive. The villa is in a hillside setting, a short drive from Holetown's boutiques, restaurants and beaches.
