Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. Cancellation terms apply: cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a 10% of total rental fee penalty; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable; the Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
Alleynes Bay is an 8-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is a 10-minute drive away. Holetown is an 11-minute drive away. The villa is within Royal Westmoreland, and full social membership access is included except for the golf course. A mandatory resort fee of Bds$250 per week or part thereof applies and is payable upon registration. From 1 May 2026, a resort fee of at least US$70 per person applies for persons aged 16 and over for up to 7 days, with an additional US$10 per day thereafter.
