The house

The villa has a main living area opening onto a patio with an infinity-edge swimming pool, additional seating areas with televisions, and a dedicated office. The Italian-designed kitchen has marble countertops, modern appliances and a breakfast dining area; formal dining is on the poolside patio. Two upper-level master suites open onto a balcony with golf views. Two guest suites are on the ground floor, including one with direct access to the pool area. Amenities include ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD player, iPod dock, stereo, hair dryer, security safe, 24-hour guard, barbecue, garden, terrace and pool shower. Housekeeper/laundress service is provided. Watersports are available by request. Royal Westmoreland Social Membership includes access to resort facilities except the golf course, plus Mullins Beach Club access. Resort facilities include tennis courts, a gym, spa, clubhouse pool and dining.
