Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. A mandatory resort fee applies: Bds$300 per week or part thereof, payable upon registration. From 1 May 2026, a resort fee applies to all persons aged 16 and over, with a minimum fee of US$70 per person for up to 7 days and an additional US$10 per day thereafter. Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival incurs a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellation within 60 days is non-refundable. The Christmas period from 19 December to 9 January is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The villa is in a hillside setting at Royal Westmoreland. Alleynes Bay is a 5-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is at Mullins Bay, described as 10 minutes away, and provides free shuttle service to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain Beach. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away and Speightstown is a 13-minute drive away.
