House rules
Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. A mandatory resort fee applies; confirm the applicable charge before booking. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The villa is arranged over three levels. Alleynes Bay is a 5-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay is ten minutes away. Beach Club services include a free shuttle to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain Beach. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away, Speightstown a 13-minute drive, and Grantley Adams International Airport a 43-minute drive.
