The upper level contains an open-plan living and dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered balcony. The master bedroom and second bedroom are on the lower level and open onto the pool deck. The third bedroom is on the middle entrance level. Amenities include ceiling fans, a smart TV, DVD player, stereo, iPod dock, hair dryer, security safe, barbecue and garden. Housekeeper/laundress service is provided. Royal Westmoreland has 24-hour security. Full Royal Westmoreland membership provides access to the golf course, tennis courts, fitness centre, clubhouse, resort pool and Mullins Beach Club; unlimited golf access is advertised. The villa is arranged over three levels. Alleynes Bay is a 5-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. Royal Westmoreland Beach Club at Mullins Bay is ten minutes away. Beach Club services include a free shuttle to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain Beach. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away, Speightstown a 13-minute drive, and Grantley Adams International Airport a 43-minute drive.

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. A mandatory resort fee applies; confirm the applicable charge before booking. For cancellations more than 60 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19–January 9, is always non-refundable.
