Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. A mandatory resort fee of Bds$250 per week or part thereof applies; it is payable upon registration and provides access to resort amenities, subject to terms and conditions. The cancellation policy states that cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
The villa is in the Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort in a hillside setting. Alleynes Bay is a 5-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is an 8-minute drive away. The Royal Westmoreland Beach Club is at Mullins Bay, described as 10 minutes away, and provides a free shuttle service to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain Beach. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away and Speightstown is a 13-minute drive away. Grantley Adams International Airport is a 43-minute drive away. A car is not stated as mandatory.
