Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A resort fee applies: the page states Bds$250 per week or part thereof, and also notes that effective 1 May 2026 a fee applies to all persons aged 16 and over, with a minimum of US$70 per person for up to 7 days and US$10 per day thereafter. Terms and conditions apply. The page also states that one bedroom is in a separate cottage.
Getting there
The property is in the Royal Westmoreland gated community. The area is described as a hillside setting, with Alleynes Bay a 7-minute drive away, Mullins Beach a 9-minute drive away, and Holetown a 9-minute drive away. The clubhouse is a 1-minute drive away. Access to the resort facilities requires the applicable social membership and resort fee.
