Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A resort fee applies: the page gives a mandatory Bds$200 per week or part thereof, and separately states that from 1 May 2026 a fee applies to all persons aged 16 and over, with a minimum of US$70 per person for up to 7 days and US$10 per day thereafter. Getting there
The villa is in a serene hillside setting in Royal Westmoreland. Alleynes Bay is a 7-minute drive away and Mullins Beach is a 9-minute drive away. Holetown is a 9-minute drive away. The nearest supermarket, Massy Stores Sunset Crest, is a 9-minute drive away. The property is a short walk to the communal pool and clubhouse.
