House rules

Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. The page also lists smoking as not allowed; this requires owner review. Christmas-period stays from December 19 to January 9 are non-refundable. Cancellation within 60 days of arrival is non-refundable; cancellations more than 60 days before arrival are subject to a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee.

Getting there

The villa is within Royal Westmoreland, a hillside setting a short drive from Holetown and Speightstown. Alleynes Bay is an 8-minute drive and Mullins Beach is a 10-minute drive. The nearest supermarket, Massy Stores Sunset Crest, is a 10-minute drive. Beach access is available at Fairmont Royal Pavilion through complimentary beach membership; water sports equipment rentals cost extra. A mandatory resort fee of Bds$300 per week or part thereof applies upon registration. Social and Golf memberships at Royal Westmoreland are not included.
