The house

The suite sleeps four and has an open-plan living and dining area with plush seating, tropical-inspired décor and sliding glass doors facing the ocean. A private lanai offers unobstructed Pacific views and outdoor seating. The kitchen has quartz countertops, solid wood cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances, with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender and rice cooker. BBQ facilities are also available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, lanai access, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and blackout drapes. Its ensuite bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, garden views, a seating area, central air conditioning and a ceiling fan, with an adjacent full bathroom. Air conditioning extends throughout the suite.

In-unit facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, an iron, a hair dryer, television with satellite or cable, and a smart TV. Beach towels and beach gear are available; beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge. The suite has a private entrance, a private yard and self check-in/check-out. Safety equipment includes a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, deadbolt lock and outdoor lighting.

Shared Royal Kahili facilities include a community pool and hot tub, koi ponds, an outdoor fire pit table, shaded lounge areas and tropical landscaping. Free parking is available. Beaches, restaurants and local shops along Ali‘i Drive are within walking distance; golf courses, cultural attractions and scenic hiking trails are a short drive away.
